Brokers invited to rate insurance providers in industry surveys

UK insurance brokers are being invited to give their feedback on the insurers and insurance providers they work with in a number of industry surveys. Insurance Age is currently running the first Broker Choice Survey, while Insurance Times is running the Broker Service Survey, now in its 13th year.
The rankings and results from the independent surveys will be released later in the year and should provide great insight into which providers brokers endorse in terms of service delivery, quality of cover, claims and a whole host of other areas.
At Home & Legacy, customer feedback is extremely important to us and as such we value what can be learnt from the industry surveys. Therefore, we always encourage brokers to spend some time completing them to make their voices heard.
This is the first year the survey has run in this format (previously it was known as the ‘broker sentiment survey’). The results will be revealed at an awards ceremony at Broker Expo in Coventry on 1st November 2018. Winning providers will be identified in the following areas: innovation, claims, underwriting, renewals, management, E-trading and broker support.
- Incentive: Brokers who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £100 worth Amazon vouchers. There are 3 sets to give away.
- Submission deadline: Monday 3rd September 2018
Now in its 13th year, the broker service survey asks brokers how insurance providers perform in areas such as: access to decision makers, underwriting – flexibility and accuracy, policy documentation, quality of cover, claims – fairness and speed. There are two parts to the survey – commercial and personal lines. The results will be published in November.

- Submission deadline: Friday 28th September 2018
