Coronavirus – please note: Home & Legacy London staff working at home

Our London office is closing for the foreseeable future, due to the government advice received in the unfolding coronavirus outbreak. In order to ensure we continue to support our broker partners, our London staff will be working from home.
In terms of our service to you and your customers, this will only impact our claims and our finance departments at present.
As an interim measure whilst we are testing our possible telephony solutions, we would therefore ask that you restrict contact with finance and claims to email at the present time. Please don’t phone as we will be unable to field these calls temporarily.
As soon as we are able to receive calls again we’ll be in touch.
Don’t forget – we also have our online claims portal, where brokers can check on the latest status of a claim, and both brokers and policyholders can report claims online.
Please be aware that if you phone our claims or finance teams, they will be unable to take your call.
Our Milton Keynes office currently remains unaffected, with our new and existing business teams still working in the office as normal, and able to take your calls. However, our Milton Keynes office staff will not be able to answer your finance or claims queries.
