Home & Legacy restructure – February 2018

Please be aware that Home & Legacy is restructuring its underwriting operations with effect from 1st February 2018.
The teams, diamond and emerald, which previously dealt with all broker enquiries – new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments – are being replaced with a new business and existing business team structure. We also have a specialist motor team that deal with all motor enquiries.
The new structure will enable Home & Legacy to handle all enquiries more efficiently. But otherwise, the impact to our customers will be minimal. From February 1st 2018, when you call in or contact us via webchat, you may notice that your enquiry will now be routed according to its nature, as opposed to diamond and emerald teams.

Your account manager or developer will not have changed. Brian Warkcup, Martin Siddle, Melissa Cecil, Paul Nokes, Nick Papadopoullos and Calum Malcolmson are still managing the same relationships they always have, and are on hand to resolve any of your account management enquiries.
During 2017, 21 new people joined Home & Legacy, so there are now even more of us to service our customers. Our operational underwriting restructure supports the expansion of our business.
