A policy designed to protect landlords by covering the legal costs for a wide range of property related disputes and also gives access to a legal advice helpline.
This policy not only covers legal costs, it provides protection against non-payment of rent by a tenant.
 
Our top level, flexible landlord policy offers a bespoke approach, covering buildings, contents and landlord legal expenses with options for theft or damage caused by tenants (including accidental damage), rent protection and 24 hour emergency property assistance.
